Below is an outline of our fees for most expeditions, though they may be amended based on trip complexity, duration, and number of travelers. WHENEVER YOU MAKE ANY RESERVATION WITH US, YOU EXPRESSLY AGREE TO THESE FEES WHICH ARE IN ADDITION TO ANY SUPPLIER PENALTIES WITHOUT NEGOTIATION.

Here is an estimate of fees for our services (as of August 1, 2022)

GENERAL EXPEDITION PENALTIES FEES

  • 100% no refund immediately after purchase

  • Every reservation is NOT ELIGIBLE for any Future Travel Credits (FTC)

  • Every reservation is NOT ELIGIBLE for any refunds per the T&C’s

  • NO name change or transfer of funds permitted.

NAME CORRECTIONS (when permitted)

$50 charge per person, per correction. An example of this would be to correct a registration error that a traveler provided a regular name instead of the travel document name as requested.

RETURNED CHECKS / CREDIT CARD CHARGEBACKS

$50 per occourance

This also includes those returned for insufficient funds (NSF) and being improperly created which causes it to be rejected by our bank. VERY IMPORTANT: Upon your second occurance, we will invoke our “Authority to Remove or Refuse Participants” clause which will cause you to lose all of your money paid into us, your permanent refusal to participate in any of our future expeditions under the “Right to Accept or Reject” clause and legal action.

TRAVEL INSURANCE ASSISTANCE

$100 per hour

(billed in 30 minute increments; 1 hour minimum)

This applies when you need our assistance to fill out your insurance claim forms, request copies of invoices or payments and the like.

RESERVATION EXCEPTION FEES

  • $500 per person minimum fee or 10% of total trip cost (whatever is higher)
